A whole-body approach to health and well-being

Physiotherapy uses a range of conservative treatment techniques to strengthen or release structures as required. I use a holistic approach as it is now widely accepted that the stresses and strains of modern living are having a huge impact on our health and wellbeing and contribute towards pain and dysfunction particularly in persistent pain and chronic conditions.

Treatment will always include some ‘homework’ for you to do as physiotherapy is very much a two way process. The more you invest into it, the more you will get from it.
